摘要工程建设业是国民经济的重要产业，对于国民经济的持续、健康和快速发 摘要 工程建设业是国民经济的重要产业，对于国民经济的持续、健康和快速发 展具有重要意义。我国加入WTO以来，工程建设企业承担着越来越巨大的竞 争压力。在新的竞争环境中，企业的竞争力将是经营管理能力、资源运作能力、 财务能力等各方面能力的集中体现。为此，本文从我国建筑市场和建筑行业分 析入手，建立了建筑企业竞争力评价指标体系，提出了全面、客观评价建筑企 业竞争能力的评价模型，研究了建筑企业的竞争模式和竞争战略、建筑企业竞 争战略选择模式和基于平衡记分卡的建筑企业战略实施模式。最后以河北建设 集团为对象，进行了实证研究。本文主要内容介绍如下： 第一章绪论部分主要介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义，综合分析了国内 外研究现状，介绍了本文的研究内容和研究方法。 第二章建筑市场和建筑行业分析部分，研究了我国建筑市场的现状和发展 趋势。 第三章建筑企业竞争力评价指标体系研究部分，研究了建筑企业竞争力的 来源，建立了建筑企业竞争力评价指标体系，为制定建筑企业战略奠定了基础。 同时，研究了基于自组织特征映射网络的建筑企业聚类模型。 第四章建筑企业竞争模式和竞争战略研究，在深入分析建筑企业的价值链 和价值系统的基础上，提出了不同竞争模式下的建筑企业竞争战略，重点研究 了不同承包模式下的竞争战略。 第五章是实证研究部分，将本文的研究成果应用于河北建设集团，提出了 该集团的战略模式和实施策略。 本文研究成果为我国建筑企业竞争力提升进行了有益的探索，对于提升我 国建筑企业综合竞争能力具有重要的指导意义。 关键词：建筑企业，竞争模式，竞争战略，价值链，平衡记分卡 AbstractConstruction Abstract Construction is one of the most important industries and it is critical to the healthy and rapid development of economy of our country．Since the entrance of WTO，the construction enterprises have to confront mole and more violent competition．In the new competitive environment,the competitive ability is the integrated reflection of the ability ofbusiness，management,reSouree operation and finance ofan enterprise． The market and industrial of construction was studied firstly．And then the evaluation system of competition of construction enterprise was studied and an objeaive evaluation model was put forward．Based on the result of evaluation，the competitive mode competitive strategy of the construction enterprises was studied． Furthermore，the selection of competitive mode and the carrying out of the strategy based on balance score card(Bso Was studied．Finally，the model in this dissertation Was certified with an example from Heibei Construction Group．The content ofthis dissertation was introduced briefly as below． The background and meaning of this dissertation w嬲introduced in the fast chapter．And the studied status was analyzed and the coutent and method was introduced． In the second chapter,the market and development trend of construction ind
