中文摘要“以信息化带动产业化，以工业化促进信息化”己被作为战略方针被提出并 中文摘要 “以信息化带动产业化，以工业化促进信息化”己被作为战略方针被提出并 受到了广泛的重视，信息化在企业运作过程中的地位和作用越来越重要。但是， 我国的中小企业在信息化方面起步晚、水平低，部分中小企业虽然在信息化方面 有一定投入，但是各种应用系统只是一个个信息孤岛，缺少信息集成平台的支持。 本文对支持中小企业信息化的制造信息平台进行了系统的研究。并以本文研究的 理论为基础进行了企业信息化平台的设计和开发，在企业中进行了实施，获得了 较好的效果。本文所作的研究工作主要包括以下几个方面： 1．在研究当前制造业的发展趋势和我国中小企业的特点的基础上，分析了 中小企业(尤其是加工型中小企业)信息化的需求并提出了面向中小企业的制造 信息平台的产品生命周期模型和总体结构模型。 2．系统研究了基于PDM的中小企业应用系统的集成层次模型、集成框架、 特点以及与CAx和ERP等系统的集成方法。 3．针对我国中小企业的网络应用水平和信息化水平，提出了基于Web的协 同制造信息平台的总体结构和功能模型以及多层次的网络控制结构模型。 3．对制造信息服务平台上加工任务和企业信息(尤其是企业制造资源)的 描述和发布进行了较系统的研究，给出了信息模型和描述方法。 4．提出了制造信息服务平台上通过加工任务和企业信息(尤其是企业工艺 能力)的匹配实现基于网络的协同制造的方法。 5．利用上述理论的基础，为天津市某中小企业设计开发了基于PDM的制造 信息集成平台，并在该企业进行了实施 建立了对该企业目前的CAx系统和MIS 系统的文档和信息进行管理的集成平台 获得了较好的效果。 关键词： 中小企业；信息平台：信息化：产品数据管理 ABSTRACT“Drive ABSTRACT “Drive industrialization with informafization，promote industrialization with informatization”has become widely·accepted strategic policy，the role of inforrnatization enterprises during the process ofmanufacturing is becoming more and more outstanding．However,the level of informatization in most small and medium enterprised(SME)in country is rather low,in which each applicated system is ‘‘isolated island”without information platform provide tools of information sharing and interaction．In this dissertation，the theories and methods of —manufacturing information platform for SMEs is systematically studied．On the base of these theories and methods，We developed information platform for SME and implemented it in the SME．Reasearch of this dissertation focuses following aspects： 1．On the basis of the study of the trend of the manufacturing and then characteristics of SEMs in country,the requirements of the informatization analysed and lii、e—cycle model and frame model of manufacturing service information platform is established． 2．Hierarchical module and integratede fTame module of application integration the base of Product Data Management(PDM)are systematically studied． 3．The description and release of manufactur
