层次性和相互冲突性、绩效评价的准确性、社会资本、旅游企业的服务生 层次性和相互冲突性、绩效评价的准确性、社会资本、旅游企业的服务生 产率和绩效评价执行过程等五个制约绩效评价的重要因素进行分析。 第四章:旅游企业绩效评价模式设计,本章分四节。第一节在对现行旅 游企业绩效评价的缺陷进行深入分析的基础上提出相应的改进思路;第二 节重点对平衡记分卡和经济增加值两种企业绩效评价工具的主要内容、主 要优势及存在的缺陷进行简要评述;第三节按照总体要求评价程序、分析 选择绩效评价指标的逻辑,建立一套包括企业经营效益评价指标和企业经营 者业绩评价指标的旅游企业绩效评价指标体系;第四节对A公司的背景、 企业经营者业绩评价、企业内部绩效考核进行介绍,并对存在的问题予以 简要分析与评述。 第五章:旅游企业绩效评价有效性分析,本章分三节。第一节着重从构成 要素分析、具体衡量标尺、效度和信度检验等三个方面构建有效的旅游企 业绩效评价体系的翔断标准;第二节以某旅游公司的收入为对象对旅游企 业绩效变化趋势进行实证分析; 第三节对提升旅游企业绩效的途径和方式 及其评价工具进行探讨。 关键词: 旅游企业绩效评价指标体系 AbstractIn Abstract In recent years,with the pricking up of enterprise competition and the extension of competition scope,the importance of human resource in enterprise management gains recognition,the function of human resource management(HRM)department changes from traditional staff administration to strategic human resource management,which it finally embodies in the Improvement of enterprises performance.The efficiency of enterprises HRM is crucial ofenterprise’S whole performance and competition. Tourism holds the balance status in our country economy and has huge potential.After china’S entry into WTO,the problem of low performance in tourism enterp—ses increasingly emerges,this has prodigious relationship with the unscientific perfocmanc9 evaluation appraisement in tourism enterprises.
