美国师范学院的转型研究比较教育学专业 美国师范学院的转型研究 比较教育学专业 研究生邓丹 指导教师郑富兴教授 摘要：美国的师范教育经历了由师范学校到师范学院，再到综合大学的教育学 院的历史进程，经历了从低层次的师范教育到高层次的师范教育的转型，率先 完成了师范教育的大学化。美国师范教育对于师范教育的发展有着非同寻常的 意义，对于我国的师范教育的改革也有着深远的影响和启示作用。 本文以美国师范学院的转型为研究的切入点，用历史文献法、因素分析法、 比较分析法对师范学院的由来、转型以及转型之后的利弊进行了研究和分析， 探索影响其发展的各种因素，从中发现师范学院发展的规律和经验，以及对我 国师范学院的启示。 本文除前言和结论外，共分为五个部分： 第一部分：美国师范学院的历史沿革。简述师范学院的前身，在怎样的背 景下升格为师范学院，升格后的师范学院的特点，以及师范学院的现状。 第二部分：美国师范学院转型的表现及特点。美国师范学院转型主要表现 在名称、课程设置、培养目标、学位授予四个方面。概述了师范学院转型的特点。 第三部分：师范学院转型的因素分析。美国师范学院的转型主要是社会的 发展变化、主流思想、基础教育、师范学院本身、教师资格认定以及传统的教 师教育观念六个方面的因素。 第四部分：对美国师范学院转型的评价。师范学院转型之后也面临着诸多 的问题，对待美国师范学院的转型有褒贬两方面的评价。 第五部分：对我国师范学院的启示。我国师范学院在教师教育改革中面临 着很多问题，分析美国师范学院转型的利弊，对我国师范学院面对困境有很好 的借鉴作用。 关键词：美国 师范学院 转型 AbstractAmerican Abstract American teacher-training education has experienced three stages，teachers’ school，teachers’college，and the education school of university．American teacher-training education has th．e significant points not only in the development of teacher-training education，but also the revolution of the teacher-training education in our country． To found out the way＆experience of teachers’college’S development and the enlightenment to our country’S teachers’college，this article，starting with the change of American teacher-training education，focuses on the source，change of teachers college．and the advantages＆disadvantages of change and searches for the factors effecting its development，using Historical Documents Approach，Factor Analysis Approach and Comparative Analysis Approach Except the prelude and conclusion，the article is divided into the following five parts： Part 1．History Evolution of American Teachers’college．Brief introduction of the predecessor of Teachers’college，the background of Teachers’college’S upgrading，the characteristics of Teachers’college after upgrading and the current situation of Teachers’college． Part 2．Expression way and Characteristics of the Change of American Teachers’college．The change of the American Teachers’college focuses on the change of name，
