浙江大学硕上学位论文 浙江大学硕上学位论文 血向网络化制造的分布式项目管理系统研究 ABSTRACT The traditional manufacture model only fits t、or one company in one site． Networked IYl031Ufacture extends the connection and cooperation of companies．and the gap between fields is broken too．The companies will cooperation and dismiss according to the demands of market and some projects under the modes of networked manufacture．The project management technology，therefore，is a very important issue to the effect of networked manufacture．The project management has its own features in networked manufacture，and the existed project management technique couldn‘t sarisfy well this new kind of model． The goal of this thesis was to study and bring forward a model of networked manufacturing based project management system rNPMS)to support distributed、 dynamic、networked manufacturing based project，and have a detail and profound research on the key technique ofthe model． Since multi—companies will take part in the networked manufacturing based project．the concept of project domain is brought forward．The model of distributed project management system based Oil project domain is posed．The cooperation relationship between project domains and main components of the system is also defined．Base on the model，such key techniques as project definition，project control and resource scheduling are researched in detail．Project decomposer and plan iS the precondition for the Success of the project．The thesis describes the constraint of project decomposition and the task assignnaent for the NPMs．Based on the network plan technique，the thesis poses the concept of critical path under constraint．The algorithm of critical path under constraint is also given．The control of project is also quite important to the success of project．The thesis gives the control model which combined the positive control model mad report control model．Resource is the foundation of the project．The thesis analysis the features of distributed resource of NPMS．give
