摘要自毕生发展理论提出以来,无数研究者致力于发展可以解释个体毕生发展规 摘要 自毕生发展理论提出以来,无数研究者致力于发展可以解释个体毕生发展规 律的理论和概念。与其他理论、概念相比,Heckhausen和Schulze提出的毕生控 制发展理论可以较好的解释毕生发展规律。白西方积极心理学诞生以来,学者们 便日渐关注主观幸福感的研究。SWB也成为衡量人们生活质量的重要心理指标。 本研究以在校硕士研究生为被试,运用心理测量法和访谈法,采用优化初级 和次级控制量表、一般自我效能感量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和总体幸福感量 表等研究工具,初步探讨了硕士研究生的主观幸福感特点,及控制策略影响其主 观幸福感的机制。研究发现: (1)师范院校在读硕士研究生的主观幸福感处于中等水平,年级、婚姻、 专业和培养方式是影响硕士研究生主观幸福感的主要因素。 (2)主观幸福感与控制策略问存在显著关联。有效控制策略的使用可以提 高个体的主观幸福感。 (3)控制策略、人际交往困扰、自我效能感和主观幸福感四个变量间存在 潜在的结构关系,其中人际交往困扰和自我效能感充当了控制策略影响主观幸福 感的中介变量. (4)选择性初级控制对个体主观幸福感具有正向预测作用。 (5)自我效能感对个体主观幸福感有正向预测作用,且充当了选择性次级 控制和补偿性次级控制与主观幸福感问的中介变量. (6)人际交往困扰对个体主观幸福感有负向预测作用,且充当了补偿性初 级控制与主观幸福感问的中介变量. 关键词: 硕士研究生 主观幸福感 控制策略 自我效能感 人际交往困扰 Ⅱ AbstractSince Abstract Since the view of life·span development has been suggested,numerous researchers devoted themselves to the study of theories and concepts to explain the regularities of human life-span development.Compared with other theories and concepts,the fife—span theory of control which Was proposed by Hcckhausen and Schulze could give US much more rationally explanation to the regulars of development.Since the positive psychology has been developed,the scholars paid more and more close attentions£o the research of subjective well-being day by day. And subjective well-being becomes an important psychological index tO measnrc the Master degree candidates took part in this research雒participants.The method of psychological measurement and interview were used in this research.Optimization in primary and secondary control scales,gencfal well-being schedule,general self-efficacy scale and comprehensive diagnose$cale of interpersonal relationship were used to prefiminarily explore the characters of Master degree candidates,and the mechanism by which the control strategies affect their subjective well-being.The main discoveries of this research as following: (1)The degree of Master degree candidates in the normal university was moderate.The main factors which influence the level of Master degree candidates’
