PAGE PAGE 25 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 自动水平缠绕机装置设计 姓 名 学 号 所在学院 机械工程学院 专业班级 指导教师 日 期 2012年6 月18日 摘 要 随着人们对于现代物流和设备保养要求的提高，对物流环节和使用过程中产品的保护提出了更高的要求。塑料管道，铝材，钢材等等往往需要长途运输或暴露在室外长期使用，有效地避免产品二次污染和破损，在运输环节和使用环节将产品外表缠绕一层薄膜以被众多厂家所采纳，缠绕机的作用也日益受到关注，然而市场现有的缠绕机存在以下几个不足：自动化程度不高，缠绕层数不一，薄膜张力不够等等，因此需要一套自动化程度高缠绕科学合理的缠绕机。本课题设计一种用光电传感器精确感应物料输送不同工位，PLC控制转盘转速和输送辊输送速度的自动水平缠绕机，对于物料不同部分采用合理的缠绕角度和缠绕层数，不仅避免的资源的浪费，而且更好地满足缠绕要求，使产品在物流环节中起到了很好的保护作用，同时也延长的产品的使用期限，大量减少了产品的维修费用。 关键词：二次污染 自动化 自动感测 缠绕层数 Abstract As people for modern logistics and equipment maintenance requirements enhancement, to logistics links and use process of protection products put forward higher request. This subject is the design of a sensor precision automatic induction material location, PLC programmable control wheel rotation speed and conveyor roller transportation speed automatic level of rolling machine, for different parts of the material the reasonable winding Angle and the layer number of twisting is, not only avoid the waste of resources, but also the better to achieve the winding, demands for products in logistics links as very good protection effect, but also extend the time limit the use of the products, a large number of reducing the product of the cost of maintenance.
