中文摘要自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统是能自动存储和取出物料的系统， 中文摘要 自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统是能自动存储和取出物料的系统， 是企业管理信息系统的组成部分之一。它的主体是自动化立体仓库。自 动化立体仓库是指采用高层货架储存货物，用起重、装卸、运输机械设 备进行货物出入库作业，由电子计算机进行管理和控制，不需人工搬运 作业而实现收发作业的仓库。 本文介绍了自动化立体仓库仓储管理与控制系统开发过程，以某配 餐楼立体仓库系统为工作对象，结合本人的实际调研和开发工作，提出 了自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统从系统分析到系统测试的一整套实施 方案。论文重点论述了监控系统在实际设计和实现过程中遇到的典型问 题和解决办法，从多方面提高系统开发质量，满足用户和现场的要求。 其中涉及到人机交互、数据管理、COM技术以及上位监控机对下位PLC进 行控制的信息交换技术，并且讨论了多设备通信中的优化方案。最后， 论文简要介绍了系统测试工作的开展，制定了系统性能测试指标。 论文中涉及的许多技术方案(如线性化方法)，虽然来源于配餐楼立 体仓库系统的开发过程，但是具有较强的普遍性，可广泛应用于其它类 型的立体仓库监控系统。 自动化立体仓库的计算机管理和控制技术发展是随着科学技术的发 展而不断应用新技术的过程，所以需要研究自动化立体仓库的科技人员 和工程技术人员不断应用新技术，使自动化立体仓库日趋完善。 关键词：自动化立体仓库；仓库管理与控制：PLc：软件工程 ABSTRACT。111e ABSTRACT 。111e automatic stereo warehouse is one of the parts of management information system in enterprise．It’S chief assignment is to manage basic information such as material and goods yard etc in the concrete storehouse，to optimize the efficiency of storehouse holding,to manage the stock of the material at the warehouse，tO manage the automation equipments，and to realize the automatic storage operation． In this thesis，the development course of the automatic stereo warehouse management and control system is introduced by taking the stereo warehouse system of food building as the work object，and a complete set of executive plan from system analysis to system maintenance of the automatic stereo warehouse management and control system is given，depending my investigation and development activity． The thesis has introduced the focal points and the solutions of the designing and the implementatiofiof the monitodng system with the bigger length．how to improve the quality of software to fulfill the requirements of users and locale．In this thesis，user interaction，data management，COM as well as the information interchange technology between the super ordinate supervision machine and the PLC controls to the lower were involved．and the optimization schemes in communication among many types of equipment were discussed．Finally,the thesis introdu
