民国时期体育议决案对武术教育发展的影响 The Influence of Sports Resolution on the Development of Wushu Education during the Republic of China 作者： 刘帅兵 作者简介： 刘帅兵，男，在读博士研究生，主要研究方向为武术教育 与历史，E-mail :328092592@qq. com0刘帅兵，上海体育 学院武术学院，上海200438 原文出处： 《体育科学》（京）2017年第201710期 第32-40页 内容提要： 民国时期由教育家和体育家针对当时的体育现状并结合时 代背景所提出的建议，通过大会形成议决案。议决案的形 成不仅映射着近代中国体育发展的历程，而且推动着武术 教育的发展。通过对民国时期与武术教育相关的体育议决 案进行整理与分类，大致以军国民教育的议决案、学校体 育的议决案、学校武术教育的议决案、社会武术教育的议 决案、武术师资培育的议决案、武术教材编订的议决案等 为切入点进行研究。研究发现，体育议决案对于武术教育 发展的影响主要体现在：军国民教育为武术在学校教育中 提供合法地位；兵式体操的废除为武术进入学校体育课程 提供有力时机；推动武术成为学校体育课程的必修课；推 动武术师资的培育；推动武术教材的编订；推动武术教育 的社会化。体育议决案的制定体现了社会精英们把中国武 术与时代命题进行关联的一种文化自觉与文化反思。 In the period of the republic of China,educationalists and sports officials made suggestions about the prosent state of sports and the combination of the background of the time, and formed a resolution case through the conference.The formation of the resolution not only maps the development of modem Chinese sports,but also promotes the development of Wushueducation. Through the period of the republic of China wushu cducation related sports resolution by sorting and classification, general military national education of the resolution, the resolution of school sports,school of the resolution of wushu education,social wushu education resolution, martial arts teacher training of the resolution, martial arts tcaching material compilation of resolution and so on as the breakthrough point for research. Studies have found that sports resolution for the development of wushu education influence mainly reflects in:for martial arts in the school cducation of the national cducation provide legal status; The abolition of military Gymnastics provides a powerful opportunity for wushu to enter the school physical cducation curriculum, to promotewushu as a required course in the schooT s physical education curriculum; to promote the cultivation of wushu tcachcrs; topromote the compilation of martial arts textbooks; topromote the socialization of education in martial arts.
