内容提要 内容提要 譬so琶784 b着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，中小企业在我国国民 经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。目前我国中小企业已超 过1000万家，占企业总数的99％，工业总产值和实现利税分 别占全国的60％和40％，提供的城镇就业占75％，出口占60％。 然而，当前我国中小企业融资难问题却十分突出，它已成为 正处于经济转轨时期中小企业发展的最大障碍，解决中小企 业的融资问题是促进中小企业健康发展的关键，是我国政府 、／ 的重要政策目标。∥ ， 本文以马克思的融资理论为指导，借鉴西方国家中小企 业融资的理论与实践，立足于选择合理的融资方式和提高中 小企业融资效率，分析了转轨经济中我国中小企业融资困境 及其成因，并提出了破解转轨经济时期中小企业融资困境的 思路与对策，以促进中小企业的健康发展。 关键词：转轨繇中，J、《。融影 On On the Finance of the Small and Medium——sized Enterprises in the COUlSe ofEconomic Transformafion Abstract With the development of socialistic Market economy in our country,small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy．At present，there are more than 10 million small and medium·sized enterprises in our country,which occupy 99％of the total number of enterprises．In the total industrial to output value and profits and taxes，they occupy 60％and 40％ respectively．And in providing employment and exporting，they occupy 75％and 60％ respectively．However,at present,the financial difficulties become very serious in our nation’s small and medium-sized enterprises．which is tlle biggest obstacle in the development ofthose enterprises in the eoui3e ofeconomic transformation．Solving the financial problem ofthe small and medium-sized enterprises。is the key to promote the development ofthose enterprises，which is also an important policy ofour government． Which the galde of Marxist finarcial theory,drawing lessons from the financial theory and practice of the small and medium·sized enterprises in westem countries，based on choosing reansonable financial methods and increasing the financial efficiency of the small and medium-sized enterprises，this article analyses the financial difficulties and their causes of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises in the COUTSO of economic打ansformation，and put forward some train of thou曲t and countermeasures to solve those problems，which will encourage the small and medium—sized enterprises to develop healthily． Key words：Econo
