民办高校师资问题研究内容摘要 民办高校师资问题研究 内容摘要 学科专业:教育学原理 研究方向:教育管理 指导教师:王德清教授 研究生:杨全印(99045) { {由于在社会保障、社会地位等方面享受“待遇”的不平等,与当前民办高校的 蓬勃发展相伴而行的就是民办高校教师队伍问题的愈演愈烈,这已成为民办高校进 一步发展的障碍。因此,优化师资以促进民办高校的发展引起了人们较多关注的目 、/ 光。本文即是在此方面所做的尝试。, 本文基本上是以重庆市民办高校为研究对象的,问卷调查也主要集中于此地 区。为增强代表性,笔者利用文献法搜集了国内几所较著名的民办高校师资队伍建 设状况的资料以做补充;为保证真实性,笔者将访谈与问卷相结合以达此目的。 通过研究,笔者发现:当前,我国的民办高校教师队伍呈现出来源渠道不畅通、 高职称、高学历与落后的科研氛围共存、年龄偏大、兼职教师过多、稳定性较差、 心理压力较大等一系列不利于民办高校长远发展的问题状态。造成今日之师资状 况,民办高校师资管理应承担不可推卸的责任。因为,在管理观念上,人们把民办 高校与企业时常混淆到一起而忽略了其自身作为教育的规律、特点;在管理措施上, 政府没有处理好公办高校教师与民办高校教师的关系,学校具体管理措施也有诸多 “不妥”之处:以种种非法手段“留住教师”,以蹇鳖兰曼簋墨为特征,重剐轻柔, 重使用轻培养,再加上民办高校教师自身管理能力的“不足”,民办高校师资队伍 建设步入困境也就不足为奇了。最后,笔者尝试性地提出了从师资管理角度进行高 校咂塑丛伍建设的对策,认为:必须走出“民办高校=企业”的误区,切实树立为 教师服务的思想是民办高校师资管理的前提;政府应承担起规范和引导的责任;加 强教师的自我管理。另外,学校也不应该忽视柔性管理的作用,因为它是民办高校 师资管理的催化剂。 关键词:民办高校 师资管理 、/ V A A Study on Faculty in the Non—government Colleges Maior:Principle of Pedagogy Specialty:Educational Management Research Supervisor:Professor Wang De·qing Author:Yang Quan—yin(99045) Abstract Because of the inequalities in social insurance and status,the problem of faculty— team-construction in the non·government colleges becomes more and more serious、Ⅳitll ts、igorous development,thus hindering its further de、.elopment.Therefore,how to optimize the faculty group has attracted more people’s attention.This dissertation aims at doing some researches in it. This dissertation mainly uses the non—government colleges in Chongqing municipality as researching object,and the questionnaires were also conducted here.To make the dissertation more typical,by adopting documentation,the author collects numerous relevant materials from some famous domestic non·govemment colleges;Tto ensure the credibility,the author conducted not only questionnaires,but also interviews. Through the study,it is found out that,at present,there exist many problems,such as obstructed access,high title and diploma along with undeveloped academic atmosphere, too many over-aged teachers and part-time teachers,lack of stabilit
