y y 8‘97,／j 提要 本文旨在探讨黄连气雾剂口腔局部用药清除IZl腔幽门螺杆菌(Hp)，阻止 胃内Hp复发的疗效及作用机理。通过黄连气雾剂局部作用于121腔，清除口腔内 的Hp，阻断幽门螺杆菌的体内再感染途径，以达到根治Hp的目的。将65例Hp 阳性的胃病患者，随机分为两组，黄连气雾剂治疗组35例，单纯西药对照组30 例。治疗结果显示，治疗组临床总有效率为97．1％，明显高于对照组的 80，O％(尺O．05)。治疗组对牙周症状、胃脘痛、癌满、恶心、嗳气和舌苔白腻／ 黄腻的变化等症状改善方面疗效明显高于对照组(PO．05或PO．01)；胃和口 腔Hp的根除率，治疗组明显高于对照组(PO．05)；病理组织学胃黏膜活动性炎 症疗效优于对照组(PO．01)；胃镜下胃黏膜炎症改善两组有明显差异(PO．05)。 动物实验显示，黄连气雾剂无刺激性，具有良好的增强口腔粘膜炎症修复作用。 本研究表明：黄连气雾剂具有好的抗幽门螺杆菌的作用，用于El腔，能较好的 清除口腔牙菌斑中的幽门螺杆菌，Ⅸflik胃幽门螺杆菌复发，从而治疗Hp相关性 胃病，是根除幽门螺杆菌感染的有效制剂。 关键词黄连气雾剂；幽门螺杆菌；口腔；临床；实验 The The effect on Hp relative gastrosia with Rhizoma CoptidiS Aerosol clearing away the Helicobacter Pylori in the dental plaque Speciality：Integrated Traditional and Western MediCine Internal Medi Citie Author：Lv Xia Tutor：Yao Bao Tai To observe the effect and mechami sm of Anti-Helicobacter PYlori treatment in the oral cavity for preventing the reinfection of Hp in the stomach influenee with Rhizoma CoptidiS aerosol(RC)．Through elear away Hp in the oral CaVity with Rhi zoma CoptidiS aerosol to chop broken the reinfection channel of Helicobaeter Pylori in the body．in order to eradicating Hp in the body．65 patientS with Hp infection in the oral cavity and gaster were divided randomly into two group．One group was treated With RC，another with western mediCine(WM)．The results showed：The total effective rate was 97．1％in RC group，It was obviously higher than that was 80．O％in WM group(尺0．05)．The effect of RC WaS obviOUSly superior to that of WM on improving the clinical symptom including stomachache、 ruffian flatulence and nausea(尺0．05 or PO．01)．It WaS obviOUSl y higher tban the eradication rate of Hp in WM group (只O．05)．There WaS significant difference about the improvement of gastriC mucous membrane inflammation(PO．05)．The experiment on animalS showed that RC have good effect of Anti—Hellcobacter Pylori Treatment in the oral cavity，don。t have stimulate and poison．The results of this experiment showed that：RC had a quite good effect on eradicating
