摘要在全球市场竞争同趋激烈的今天，商务环境复杂多变，消费者需求呈现多样 摘要 在全球市场竞争同趋激烈的今天，商务环境复杂多变，消费者需求呈现多样 化。如何对市场环境的急剧变化做出灵活、快捷的反应，及时有效地生产并提供 令客户满意的产品和服务，是当今企业面临的一个重要挑战。因而，面对21世 纪新竞争时代的到来，研究企业的运作管理，对企业继续在残酷的市场竞争中立 于不败之地具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文以精益生产思想为指导，以麦格公司为研究背景，结合麦格公司的实际 情况，采用理论联系实际、定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法，以如何在投 入不大的前提下提高麦格公司的生产能力为切入点，从生产流程、生产组织工作、 库存模式、生产质量管理现状、设备管理状况等方面进行分析，确定问题关键之 所在，为解决实际问题和理论应用做出铺垫。然后根据精益生产方式的特点和要 求，分别从生产设施布置、作业方式的改进、库存管理、加强全面质量管理工作 等方面如何对优化企业整个生产系统，改进库存管理，加强企业的全面质量管理 等方面进行了研究。通过实行精益生产思想，对公司的生产系统进行了彻底的优 化。 本文的结论不仅对麦格公司的运作管理具有实际指导意义，而且对其他制造 企业优化生产系统也具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：生产系统；优化；精益生产 AbstractToda Abstract Toda v，the competition of the global market is becoming more and more intense， the environment of business is becoming more and more complicated and changing faster and faster,consumer’s demands are becoming more and more diverse．How to deal with the rapid changing market environment and make out agility and swiftly reaction，providing product and service that fulfill the consumer’s satisfaction in time is the biggest challenge to any corporation，Therefore，with the coming of new competition of 215‘century，research the corporation’s operational management has very important real significance for a corporation’s livable． Lean Production is the basal theory which directs this paper，and it is based on the fact of MAG Company．Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are both used in the paper．The production process，the organization，the inventory mode and the management of production and equipment are discussed in the paper to analyze how to improve the production capability with lower investment．After the analyzing above，re-layout the equipments，changing the working method，inventory management theory and TQM are applied to improve the operation in the company． The production system is optimized completely through the implementation of LP． The conclusion of this paper’S guiding significance for not only MAG Company’S operational management，but also the others’． Keywords：manufacture system：optimiz
