The main observation include clincal symptoms and adverse reaction. Experiment research Methods: 90 healthy SD rats were used to accomplish the gastric ulcer heat model by acetic acid, and they were randomly divided into six groups with each group of 15 only, blank group and model group were given saline lavage; Ranitidine group was given western medicine lavage; Chinese medicine groups was given each dose lavage Huanglian Jiedu decoction, 1 / d, for 2 weeks. To collect the serum and gastric tissue after the end of research ,with Enzyme-linked immunoassay to detect expression of NO and ET in rats serum , immunohistochemical method Was applied to observe the Bcl-2 expression, as well as to observe rat gastric mucosa pathological morphology. 【Results】 Clinical research Ba Bax； syndrome , on the inprovement of TCM Syndrome.
