浙江大学硕士学位论文摘要 浙江大学硕士学位论文 摘要 为尽快改变昭通市烤烟品种单一化现状，加快新品种的应用推广，在2002～2004 年烤烟良种区域试验的基础上，2005年昭通市开展了云烟97、云烟203、YH05等新 育(引)烤烟品种的适应性、需肥特性及烘烤配套技术研究。 适应性研究结果表明：三个新品种的平均亩产量都高于对照品种云烟85，其中 以YH05最高，云烟97其次，再次是云烟203；上等烟比例以云烟97最高，其次是 对照云烟85，再次是云烟203，YH05最低；平均亩产值以云烟97最高，其次是对 照云烟85，再次是YH05，云烟203最低。田间自然发病情况的调查表明，云烟203、 YH05的抗病性明显优于对照品种云烟85，云烟97综合抗性与对照云烟85接近。综 合各性状表现，可以认为：云烟97适应性强，综合表现最好，各示范点表现比较稳 定，可在昭通市各植烟县区进行大面积推广：YH05除昭阳区示范点较差外，其余示 范点表现较好，抗病性较强，适宜在中等或偏下肥力土地种植：云烟203综合表现 一般，但高抗普通花叶病(TMv)和黄瓜花叶病(cMv)，可在TMV、CMV高发地区种 植。 需肥特性研究结果表明，在昭通市中等肥力烟地下，云烟97的最佳施肥水平为 每hm2旋90kg纯N；云烟203为75kg纯N，YH05为75～82．5kg纯N。 烘烤配套技术研究结果表明，YH05品种烘烤时应采用高温、中湿变黄，快速升 温定色的烘烤技术；云烟203品种烘烤时应采用中温、中湿变黄，适速升温定色的 技术，而云烟97品种烘烤时应采用中温、中湿变黄，慢速升温定色的技术。 关键词：烤烟新品种；适应性：施肥特性：烘烤技术：昭通市 浙江大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 浙江大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT In order to increase diversity of flue—cured tobacco variety and accelerate extension of new flue—cured tobacco variety in Shaotong city of Yunnan province，the experiments of adaptability,appropriate application rate of nitrogen fertilizer and matched leaf-roasting technology were conducted in 2005 using Yunyan97，Yunyan203 and YH05 three new flue—cured tobacco varieties based on regional experiments of2002—2004． The results of adaptability experiment showed that yield of each new variety was higher than that of control Yunyan85 and among which YH05 wi也hi曲est，yield of Yunyan97 ranked the second and Yunyan203 the third．Yunyan97 was with the highest rate of top grade tobacco leaf and YH05 witll the lowest．Yunyan97 also was wiⅡ1 the highest production value ofper unit of land Yunyan203 wi廿l the lowest，Thc investigation of field diseases resistance showed the diseases resistance of Yunyan203 and YH05 were better than control and Yunyan97 Was similar with contr01．Based on the results mentioned above．it could be concluded that Yunyan 97 was witll highest adaptability and Was suitable to be planted in whole tobacco region of Shaotong city,YH05 was witll higher diseases—resistance，especially for TMV and suitable to be planted in
