万方数据 万方数据 III IV V 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 考虑备件库存的租赁设备维护策略研究 摘 要 在全球经济和科学技术迅猛发展的今天，生产所需的设备更新换代 速度大幅加快，而市场对于产品的需求变化也与日俱增，同时，智能化、 复杂化的设备，其维护要求也日渐严苛。因此，越来越多的企业倾向于 选择租赁设备的生产方式。现有的关于租赁设备维护策略的研究多集中 于维护策略本身，主要研究点为预防性维护策略、小修策略和维护度， 对维护过程所需要的备件问题却少有人研究。 在现有的租赁设备维护策略研究基础上，本文首先引入维护维修过 程所需的备件问题，并创新性地提出在承租方设立备件库，由承租方以 备件替换故障件的方式完成相邻预防性维护期间的故障小修。出租方则 需定期的对设备进行预防性维护同时向承租方进行补货，缺货时对出租 方产生缺货惩罚。其次，以出租方成本最小为目标分别对备件库在承租 方和出租方两种情况建立模型，运用 Matlab 程序运算对目标函数进行优 化，确定最佳预防性维护周期和补货量。最后，通过各参数敏感性分析， 得到在不同情况下，备件库设在承租方或者出租方以及出租方的预防性 维护策略和补货量应有所不同的结论。 此模型有一定的实际意义，可为租赁设备维护策略未来的研究提供 I 摘要 摘要 一定的参考。 关键词：租赁设备，备件库存，补货量，缺货惩罚，预防性维护 II 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 上海交通大学硕士学位论文 STUDY ON LEASED EQUPIMENT MAINTENANCE POLICIES CONSIDERING SPARE PARTS INVENTORY ABSTRACT With the rapid development of global economy and technology, the replacement rate of equipment needed in production line accelerate significantly, while the market demand change day by day. Meanwhile, equipment has become more complex and intelligent which in turn requires strict maintenance. Therefore, more and more companies tend to lease equipment instead of purchasing equipment. Most of the existing research on leased equipment are focusing on the maintenance policies itself, which, to be accurate, mainly related to preventive maintenance policies, corrective maintenance policies and maintenance degree, leaving the issue of spare parts needed during maintenance behind. First，based on the existing research on leased equipment maintenance policies, the proposal of spare parts used in maintenance process is introduced in this paper. In addition, the strategy of setting warehouse of spare parts in the Lessee is proposed innovatively. Failures between two adjacent preventive III Ab Abstract maintenances are repaired by the lessee replacing the failure ones using the spare parts in warehouse. The lessor need do preventive maintenance and replenish to the warehouse regularly. A penalty cost for shortage of spare parts will be given to the Lessor whenever there is a
