山东财 山东财经大学硕士论文 摘 摘 要 I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 20 世纪 90 年代，随着世界贸易的繁荣发展，绿色贸易壁垒在各国尤其是发达国 家普遍兴起，处于竞争劣势地位的发展中国家的出口受到了很大影响。近年来，发达 国家设置的绿色贸易壁垒越来越重，对环保的要求愈加严格，检验检疫标准越来越高。 自中国加入 WTO 以来，我国农产品的出口市场更加广阔，我国的农产品出口也不例 外地受到了绿色贸易壁垒的严重影响，因此，这给中国的发展带来了机遇和挑战。目 前来看，我国农产品的出口存在很多问题，如出口结构不合理、农产品附加值低、出 口市场集中等，这些降低了我国农产品出口的国际市场竞争力。只有解决了这些问题， 才能促进我国农产品的出口，增强农产品出口的竞争优势。 本文分析了我国农产品出口遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的原因和出口现状，引用了指标测 评法对我国农产品出口分项目的优势和出口竞争力进行计算分析，找出我国农产品中 具有出口优势的项目；通过实证分析对我国蔬菜出口日本市场受绿色贸易壁垒的影响 进行了测算，论证绿色贸易壁垒对农产品出口的影响力度；最后，根据我国农产品出 口受绿色贸易壁垒的影响因素，提出了我国农产品出口应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策建 议，这对于农产品贸易的研究具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。 关键词：绿色贸易壁垒 农产品 比较优势 对策建议 Abstract With the blooming development of world trade In the 1990’s, green trade barriers were generally risen in countries, especially in developed countries. An export has been greatly affected in disadvantage developing countries. In recent years, green trade barriers are increasingly heavy in developed countries: an environmental requirement is more stringent, the standard of inspection and quarantine is higher. Since China joined the WTO, export markets of Chinas agriculture have been broader. Also, our agricultural products’ export is severely affected by the green trade barriers. So, these have brought opportunities and challenges for Chinese development. For now, there are many problems in the export of agricultural products, which reduces the international competitiveness of exports of agricultural products. For example, the export’s structure is irrational, agricultural products is low value-added; export market is concentration, etc. Only when these issues were solved, was the export of agricultural products promoted, and the competitive advantage of agricultural export enhanced. This paper analyzes the causes and current situation of Chinas agricultural product exports in green trade barriers’ situation.
