I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 21 世纪人类所面临的两大挑战是资源危机和气候变化，而建筑在这两大挑战中都起 到了重要作用，它既是资源消耗大户，又是温室气体的最大制造者，因此，大力发展绿 色建筑是我国绿色经济、低碳经济的重要组成部分，符合我国节能减排、保护环境的政 策需求；开展对绿色建筑评价体系的研究具有现实的指导意义。 本文首先对国内外绿色建筑的研究现状进行了整理和回顾，以“什么是绿色建筑” 这一问题为切入点进行分析，提出本文的绿色建筑含义。得到绿色建筑所含有的七个特 性，为建立评价指标体系奠定了理论基础。通过分析我国绿色建筑发展中所存在的问题 及以往评价体系的五个不足之处。然后根据“保护体”到“保护目标”的思路，构建一 系列有针对性的评估指标来衡量建筑的生态质量、经济质量及社会文化和功能质量，同 时评价实现这些目标的过程中的技术质量和过程质量，以确保整个建筑从设计建造至运 营管理的“绿色质量”，使得构建的指标更加注重居住者的舒适度；根据模糊综合评价 法建立了模糊综合评价模型，并以杭州绿色建筑科技馆进行了实证验算，最后给出对于 建立和完善我国绿色建筑评价体系的几点建议。 关键词：绿色建筑，评价体系，可持续发展，模糊评价 Abstract Two major challenges facing humanity in the 21st century are the resource crisis and climate change. The building played an important role in these two challenges; it is a resource guzzler and the largest manufacturer of greenhouse gases. Therefore, to develop the green building is an important of the green economy and low-carbon economy. It is in line with our energy conservation and protection of the environment policy needs. Carrying out study on green building rating system has the practical guidance-significance. Firstly, the paper collates and reviews the research status of domestic and international green building rating system. It analyses the problem “what is green building” as the starting point, and comes out the meaning of green building. The analysis derived the seven characteristics of the green building and laid the theoretical foundation for the establishment of evaluation index system. And it analyzes the existing problems in China?s green building development, and lays the cortical foundation behind the establishment of indicator of body. It focuses on five inadequacies of the previous evaluation system: ignore the economic factors; not consider green building standard of timeliness, that is to achieve the standards but not meet user?s requirements; lack of integrity; one-sided emphasis on a single technology application; ignore the importance of building requirements and preferment?s; ignore the design of energy-saving.
