In the other hand, the environmental problems are more brutal than before. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study on ecological environment construction. To make a general observation on human society, it goes on four parts, including food-gathering civilization, agricultural civilization, industrial civilization, and ecological civilization. If we grasp the human pursuit of civilization, we can get the material, the spiritual, the political and even the ecological civilization. Human civilization is evolving with each passing day. It turns a single study to a systematic study; from practice-theory-practice. The way of after civilization has never dropped off. In fact, it is rich in thoughts of ecological civilization thoughts, though there is no exact word saying “ecological civilization” in the Marxist classics. This doctoral dissertation is clear through arranging, analyzing, and examining. On the study of Marxist classics, we find out that we are part of the environment; we can transform nature but we can not control it; the only way we should do is to make the compromise between person and nature. On the whole, our Party and cadres have learned the science of ecological civilization and paid more attention to its construction. The progress of research is from rudimentary to widen; from being mature and full to improvement gradually. All in all, the four generations of the Communist Party of China had contributed tremendously to the progress of Marxist ecological civilization: combining ecological civilization with socialist, general experiences of ruling party in the new period and construction of harmonious society as well. Marxist ecological civilization has important directive to producti
