面向喷墨打印成形技术的三维条形码的设计 3D BARCODE DESIGN FOR 3D INKJET PRINTING TECHNOLOGY ABSTRACT Among the various of automatic identification technologies, Bar code technology, which has become one of the main computer automatic identification technology, is known and accepted by more and more people. As the information capacity of the traditional one-dimensional bar code and 2-dimensional bar code can’t meet the requirements, the development of new bar code has become the primary trend in bar code study. A new bar code method, which closely combined the technology of 3D ink-jet printing, encoding theory and the technology of bar code -- 3D barcode with 3D inkjet printing oriented technology, is proposed in this thesis. In this paper, the key technologies for 3-dimensional bar code with 3D inkjet printing oriented technology are thoroughly studied. The contributions may be summarized as follows: From the main technology features of the 3D inkjet printing system as the beginning，the specific method of encoding is proposed and constructed. The functional modules for bar code Label are designed. The encoding formulas is proposed and constructed，and the corresponding design scheme of error-correcting code is brought forward, The decoding process of bar code has been studied preliminarily with a brief description of the process. The new 3-dimensional bar code, which will not only make up for the deficiency of the traditional bar code, but also has the advantages of traditional bar code, is an ideal choice for bar code. This thesis has important theoretical significance and engineering application value in enriching and developing the theoretical system of bar codes.
