Subject :Research on Coal Spontaneous Combustion Aerosol Resistance of Fire Protection Technology Specialty : Safety Technology and Engineering Name : Wu Huiping (Signature) Instructor : Deng Jun (Signature) Abstract Coal as the subject of nation energy structures, with social economy continuous development and coal production scale gradual enlargement, coal spontaneous combustion fire frequent occurrence has threatened life property safety and restricts coal industry sustainable development .with modern technology and coal seam spontaneous combustion mechanism?s further research, different means of fire prevention develop continuously. And fire preventing and extinguishing technique of inhibitor has been widely used and obtains good result. Based on the spontaneous fire prevention technology present situation and feature analysis, the thesis studies the basic characteristic of aerosol inhibitor and spontaneous combustion mechanism theory. Using ultrasonic atomizer, perspective container and CO detector , the experiment studies the atomizing performance, stability performance, resistance lifetime of different concentrations of NH4H2PO4, MgCl2, NH4HCO3. the results show that: the atomizing and stability performance has related to the material concentration. As for the same material, the better the atomizing, the worse the stability. And compare the test result, it finds the 3% NaHCO3 has a best atomizing performance, 25% MgCl2 best stability performance. Compared with the CO generation rate in temperature programmed, the result shows that: when the temperature is below 95℃, the inhibitor has a obvious function then successive failure. And the lifetime of MgCl2 is the longest, it won?t fail until 140℃.
