PAGE PAGE 10 5、急性冠脉综合征 A+C 组、A+H、A+H+C 组治疗后 PLA2 水平明显下降（A+C 组, A+H+C 组,P0.001； A+H 组,P0.01）。A+C 组，A+H+C 组在观察终点与治疗 前比较，下降的程度比 A+H 组差异更显著（P0.001）。 6、直线相关性分析表明，SCD40L，P 选择素和 PLA2 的治疗前后变化值相互有 相关性，SCD40L 与 P 选择素的相关性为 r=0.81(P0.005)；与 PLA2 的相关性为 r=0.85(P0.01) ；P 选择素与 PLA2 的相关性为 r=0.71(P0.05)。 结论：1、SCD40L 、P 选择素和 PLA2 是急性冠脉综合征的炎症因子。 2、从炎症因子的角度，对 ACS 患者，早期联合使用氯吡格雷患者可以获得 最佳治疗效果。 3、CD40L 的活化，与产生更多的 P 选择素，PLA2 有关，但不是唯一的因素。 关键词: 冠心病； SCD40L； P 选择素 ； 磷脂酶 A2； 抗血小板聚集药物 The Influence of the anti-platelet aggregration drugs on sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 of the Patients of coronary heart disease Abstract Objectives: This paper mainly studied the influence of different anti-platelet aggregration drugs on sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 of coronary heart disease patient. It also probed into the significance of sCD40L through the research of the relevance of sCD40L, selectin and PLA2. Methods: Selecting 80 CHD patients among whom 20 are SAP patients, 40 UAP and 20 AMI and treating the 80 patients with A, A+C, A+H, and A+H+C respectively, we measured the density of sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 before they received the treatment. Meanwhile, we used the other 20 patients who had not got coronary diseases though the coronary artery angiography as the normal constrastive group. Results: 1. There are obvious differences of the density of sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 between normal contrastive group and different types of acute coronary syndrome (UAP, AMI) before receiving the treatment. AMIUAPthe normal contrastive group (p0.01). No differences exist in the SAP and the normal constrative group. (P0.05). There is no difference on SCD40L,P-selectin and PLA2 at the different time before and after receving the treatment in SAP groups（P0.05）.
