Abstract In this thesis ,the National Beiping Normal University, National Beiping University and the Northern Institute of Technology in 1937， from Beiping to the Northwest of the relocation as the research object, explores the situation of the three schools in 1937, which moved into Xi an in Shaanxi province ,and founded the National Xi an University of Temporary, half a year later, relocated to Shaanxi Chenggu county and joint National Northwest Union University ,which was reorganizated as the independent National Northwest Normal University after 1939.the first part of the article focused on the process that how the students and teachers from Beiping to the Northwest smoothly integrate into groups to migrant places.there must be a process of accepting a strange alien to a regional.the school will not even survive here if students and teachers make a bad relationship with local residents. Due to the special nature of the students and teachers groups,which enabling them to make full use of their own cultural superiority,for example,take the way to carry out a variety of social activities to strengthen communication and understanding with the local people,working to improve the level of the local culture,at the same time ,publicized themselves,and finally make the school maintain good relations with the local people in an unfamiliar environment.Then according to the development status of the Peking three schools moving into northwest,explore the conditions by Northwestern University development.The last part of the contents investigated the situation of the National Northwest Normal University independently set after the reorganization of the National Northwest Union University,the main concern are three issues, the relationship between National Northwest University on how to deal with people in Chenggu;the difficulties encountered in the relocation process after the National Northwest Normal University got the instructions that moved to the school site to Lanzhou,G
