However, in this lurking impetuous and crisis era, behind the rapid development of Chinas economic and social ,contradictions become difficult to solve ,due to the uneven development is increasingly serious, the interests of both labors and the management in the social structure remodeling game filled with uncertainties, fair , stable, balanced growth of national wealth distribution pattern has not been formed. Therefore, efforts to build a harmonious labor relations, increases remuneration reasonable at this stage to implement the people-oriented s Scientific outlook on development, building a harmonious society, will be a basic but very difficult work. Under the guidance of the Scientific outlook on development to improve labor remuneration, the first study is this important theory of the Scientific outlook on development. Then describes our countrys status quo of the proportion of labor remuneration in the initial distribution of the national income. At the same time, choose the United States, Japan, South Korea as examples, to analyze and summarize the experience of these three countries which we should learn from on this issue in the proportion of labor remuneration.
