On the basis of the thought of predecessors and his profound analysis of society and history, Marx pointed out the scientific “interest” concept, and its foundation position in human social life and history. The interests problem are very outstanding in contemporary China, especially we have carried out socialist market economic since the reform and opening up, and we face many interests conflict. Marxs interest thoughts can help us the right view of interests and solve interests problems today. Therefore, the study of Marxs interest thoughts has great theory value and realistic significance. On the basis of the results of other study, through the study of Marxs text, and with the thinking of the contemporary reality, this paper gives out its own theoretical views and ideas. Marxs interest thoughts has many resources, from ancient Greece to the German classical philosophy, as well as the interest theory in classical political economics.
