“娇子”品牌导向型将乐烟叶基地建设的现状与发展对策.docVIP

福建农林大学专业硕士学位论文 摘 要 品牌导向型烟叶基地单元是专门提供优质烟叶的烟叶生产地，是完成特色烟叶生产与卷 烟品牌完美对接并跨越式发展的重要载体，也是现代烟草工业企业核心竞争力落实的重要步 骤。 本文基于福建三明市将乐县烟叶生产的基础数据，从将乐烟叶基地的生态因子和社会因 子角度，分析评价将乐烟叶基地近几年的烟叶生产现状。通过分析将乐烟叶主要的化学成分 和香气物质，探讨将乐烟叶基地烟叶品质是否满足“娇子”品牌的需求。进而提出将乐导向型 烟叶基地建设的发展对策，主要研究结果如下： 1 将乐县烟叶生产的基本现状：光、温、水、肥条件均适宜优质烤烟生产；社会经济 条件利于现代烟草农业发展；烟叶种植起步迟发展快、烟叶质量好效益高；品质特色化价值 高；现代烟草农业发展快成效好。但也存在：烟田分散程度高、不利于机械化操作；烟农文 化素质有待提高；基地建设有效投入不足；烟农队伍不够稳定；烟叶质量和规模不够均衡等 问题。 2 提出将乐导向型烟叶基地建设的发展对策：加强工业企业在基地建设中的地位和作 用，以“娇子”品牌建设为目标，引导烟叶生产；加强工商研联合，构建科学的基地管理模式， 推进烟叶生产技术、质量风格、信息交流和工商交接等方面的深度合作，全面提高基地烟叶 原料保障能力；建立信息反馈机制、完善考核评价机制从而严格科学地建立质量保障机制； 加大协同创新的力度，为烟叶基地建设提供技术支撑；建立一支专业农技推广队伍，在主要 生产环节进行专业化分工，成立专业化服务队伍全方位服务烟叶生产，提高烟叶生产效率和 科技含量；适时加强烟叶基地人员的技术培训，提高人员素质；提出将乐“娇子”品牌导向型 烟叶 GAP 基地建设设想，从加强组织领导、全面监控栽培环境、安全用药规划、完善技术 推广体系、建立烟叶质量追踪系统五个方面推进“环境友好、清洁生产、节能减排、品质安 全”型烟叶生产模式，保障烟叶安全生产，进一步凸显烟叶品质特色，满足川渝中烟“娇子” 品牌对将乐烟叶的要求。 关键词：烟叶生产；品牌导向型；基地建设；现状与对策 I 福建农林大学专业硕士学位论文 Current Status and Countermeasures of Construction of “Jiaozi” Brand Oriented Tobacco Leaf Base in Jiangle Abstract: Brand oriented tobacco leaf base providing high-quality tobacco leaves, is an important carrier to perfect the connection between tobacco leaf production and tobacco brand, meanwhile it is a main competitive part of industrial and enterprise in modern tobacco agriculture. Based on the basic data of tobacco leaf production in Jiangle, the situation of the latest years of tobacco leaves produce in Jiangle were analyzed and discussed from the perspective of ecological factors and social factors. Through doing some statistical analysis of the main chemical component and aroma substance of tobacco leaves which were tested by the Technology Center of Chuangyu Tobacco Industrial Company. Co., Ltd, the study discussed weather the leaves from Jiangle tobacco base can satisfy “jiaozi” brand or not.
