Methods: Establish detection method of AFB1 content in Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces by Enzyme Linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA); Determined AFB1 content in different sources Root and Rhizome,Seed and Fruit, fermentation, coxtex, flower,leaf, animal of Traditional Chinese Medicine by ELISA; Establish limitation standard of AFB1 content in rhizomatic traditional chinese medicine by means of determining AFB1 content in radix et rhizoma rubia and charcoal slices and achyranthes root; Determined AFB1 content in Part Seed and Fruit Traditional Chinese Medicine by ELISA, establish standard of the AFB1 content in Seed and Fruit Traditional Chinese Medicine; Study the effects of heating methed processing on the AFB1 content in Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction Pieces by means of determining AFB1 content in Part Seed and Fruit Traditional Chinese Medicine; Study the effects of preservation method on the content of AFB1 in Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction Pieces by means of determining AFB1 content in achyranthes root and fructus alpinia oxyphylla preserved in different ways.
