I I 摘 要 从哲学层面来看，当前的生态经济由于其哲学理念的不确定性，受到了来自 人类中心主义与非人类中心主义在自然观、价值观、科技观等方面纷争的影响。 这导致了生态经济在发展目的、方向、方法等方面受到了困扰，严重阻碍了生态 经济的健康发展。生态经济的发展陷入了哲学困境。要破解这种困境，必须从马 克思主义环境哲学那里寻找扎实的理论依托。在自然观方面，马克思主义环境哲 学认为人的实践能力的提高决定各种不同自然观的确立，是对非人类中心主义有 机论自然观与人类中心主义机械论自然观的超越。在价值观方面，马克思主义价 值观尊重自然的内在价值，同时重视自然的工具价值，是对内在价值论与工具价 值论的突破，是一种真正的生态价值观。在技术观方面，马克思主义辩证科技观 打破了技术乐观派与技术悲观派关于技术本身的争论，从技术运用的社会制度入 手对科学技术作了重新的认识与解读。以马克思主义环境哲学作为生态经济的哲 学基础，将为生态经济的发展明确方向指明道路，对生态经济的健康、快速发展 具有重大意义。 我国生态经济的建设应当以马克思主义环境哲学作为哲学指导，同时汲取中 国传统文化中的生态智慧。坚持以人为本的发展理念，坚持集体主义价值取向， 同时大力发展绿色科技，是我国生态经济的快速发展的保障。只有生态经济快速 的发展，构建生态文明社会的伟大构想才能早日实现。 关键词：生态经济；马克思主义；环境哲学 A Abstract III III From the point of view of philosophy, Eco-economic because of its philosophy uncertainties current, is from anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism in view of nature, values, science and technology, and other effects of conflicts.
