万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 在十六届三中全会上，党中央提出了适应时代发展要求的新的发展观——科 学发展观，并将“以人为本”作为其核心，这在发展思路上是从传统的“见物不 见人”的发展转变为以“人”为本的发展，充分体现了以人为本的理念。科学发 展观的人本思想理论来源深厚，是对马克思主义唯物史观的继承和发展，对中国 社会主义各项事业的建设具有重要的理论指导意义和实践价值。 科学发展观的人本思想不是无源之水、无根之木，其提出具有一定的背景。 本文共有四个部分，对人本思想的内涵、理论来源及现实意义进行详细的论述。 每部分的内容简介如下： 第一章是科学发展观的以人为本思想，主要从其人本思想的思想内涵及特征 入手，深入分析了科学发展观人本思想具有的深刻思想内涵，即注重人的主体地 位，把促进人的全面发展作为根本目标，剖析了它的三个思想特征，即注重人文 关怀、注重人的价值实现和着力解决民生问题。 第二章是科学发展观人本思想的马克思主义理论依据，主要从其关于人的本 质及价值理论、人民群众是历史的主体理论以及人的全面发展理论三个方面进行 论述，深入阐述了科学发展观人本思想的马克思主义理论基础。 第三章是科学发展观以人为本的思想向度，指出科学发展观的以人为本是 “人本”与“民本”统一，也是“个人”与“集体”的统一。人本与民本的统一 是指对中国古代的民本思想和西方的人本主义思潮的扬弃；个人与集体的统一是 指科学发展观的人本思想既倡导个体的发展也注重集体的利益，是个人与集体的 辩证统一。 第四章是科学发展观人本思想理论价值和实践意义，指出科学发展观的人本 思想是对马克思主义人本思想的丰富和发展，是社会主义核心价值体系的集中表 达和生动体现，是中国共产党执政兴国理念的新飞跃，是全面建成小康社会的必 然选择，对和谐社会的构建具有重要的推进作用。 关键词：科学发展观；以人为本；人本思想；发展 Abstract The Central Party Committee proposed the new developing concept - the Scientific Development Concept which is forward to meet the development requirements of the times, on the Sixteenth Third Plenary Session, and the “people-oriented” thought as its core. This is from the traditional see things but not people development into person -oriented development, which fully reflects the concept of “people-oriented”. The humanistic thought has deep theory origin. It has inherited and developed the historical materialism of Marxist theory and has important theoretical significance and practical value to the cause of building Chinese socialism. The humanistic thought of the Scientific Development Concept is not water without sources and not a tree without roots, which made a certain background. The article detail conducts humanistic-thought’s connotation, theoretical sources and achieves signif icance.
