浙江大学硕士学位论文 浙江大学硕士学位论文 商务服务业知识资产保护手段的选择研究 Abstract With the arrival of the knowledge economy,knowledge has increasingly become the most valuable strategic resource of enterprises．The basis of a firm’S competitive advantage has gradually shifted from tangible assets to knowledge assets．The ability of allocating and protecting intellectual property of a firm has been an underlying source of its competitive advantage．Professional business services，as a typical type of knowledge intensive services，has become all essential part of the knowledge infrastructure and a compelling power to promote economic development．This service industry is characterized by its high degree of knowledge and innovation．Tlle service process demands a large quatity of knowledge input，and generates lots of new knowledge in the meantime．For this kind of service firms，intellectual property has become the key source of their competitive advantage，and effective IP protection has been an important guarantee for continuous innovation and development of this industry． So far,researches related to IP protection have greatly focused on IPR protection in manufacturing industry,and neglected the IP protection in service industry．Since 1 990s，researchers have paid attention to the IP protection in service industry． However,researches in this field are in its very beginning，especially in-depth research on typical service industry is still in great lack．fnlis paper at hand explores the intellectual property and IP protection methods in the professional business services by conductiong a multi—case analysis of four typical enterprises．Based on the main results of case study and an emprical analysis afterward，we come to conclusions on how to protect different intellectual properties in this industry and provide some guidance for choosing effective IP protection methods for the enterprises． We first carry out semi．structured intervews on four typical professional busine
