面向“低碳纺织”的企业信息化服务研 究 韩春玲陈文青徐蕾 绍兴职业技术学院 摘要： 随着提倡低碳生活、发展低碳经济成为全球共识，屮国作为纺织品出口大国， “低碳”已经成为新的国际贸易壁垒，中国纺织企业向低碳制造模式转型不可 逆转。文章针对国内很多纺织企业缺乏与本行业相关的低碳知识;缺少专业的产 品碳足迹计算工具和低碳房产品开发等问题，首先，提出了低碳纺织的概念和 体系结构，建立了产品碳足迹量化模型以及低碳纺织产品开发方案决策的0-1 目标规划模型，为产品碳足迹计算和低碳制造信息化服务提供依据;其次，从信 息化角度出发，构建了企业低碳制造信息化服务平台框架模型;最后，设计和开 发了服装企业低碳制造信息化服务平台，帮助纺织企业有效地开展低碳产品生 产。 关键词： 低碳纺织;信息化;碳足迹计算;生命周期管理; 作者简介：韩春玲（1975—）,女，山东聊城人，讲师，硕士;研究方向:低碳制 造，绿色制造。 基金：浙江省教育厅项目；项目编号:Y201431764 Study on enterprise informatization service for low carbon textile” Han Chunling Chen Wenqing Xu Lei Shaoxing Vocational and Technical College; Abstract： With the promotion of low carbon life and the development of low car bon economy as a global consensus, China as a textile exporting country, “low carbon” has become a new international trade barriers, Chinese textile enterprises to low carbon marrnfacturing mode transformation is irreversible. Secondly, from the infonuatination point of view, to build the cntcrprisc low carbon memufeicturing infonnQtizQtion service platform framework model. Finally, the design and development of garment enterprises low carbon manufacturing informatization service platforin to help textile enterprises to effectively carry out low carbon products.
