PAGE PAGE 1 三门峡水库“蓄清排浑”运用实践及展望 王育杰 （三门峡水利枢纽管理局，河南 三门峡 472000） 摘要：“蓄清排浑”是在黄河三门峡水库首先成功探索出来的一种水沙调控运用方式。数十年来，随着三门峡水利枢纽工程的增建与改建，随着黄河来水来沙条件的显著变化，随着原型试验研究的不断深入，在原创“蓄清排浑”运用方式基础上，三门峡水库汛期、非汛期多项控制指标不断进行调整和完善，充分兼顾了水库蓄水兴利、防洪排沙及下游河道减淤，降低或稳定了潼关高程，充分挖掘了水库潜能，提高了水库综合效益。近期，三门峡水库控制运用指标仍具有调整的必要性。未来，在黄河小浪底水库进入拦沙后期及古贤水库建成投运后，三门峡水库仍将在黄河水沙调控体系中发挥十分重要的作用。 关键词：蓄清排浑 来水来沙 潼关高程 调水调沙 Title:The?Practice?and?Prospect?of?Clear?Water?Impounding?and?Muddy?Flow?Releasing?Operation?Mode?in?Sanmenxia?Reservoir Abstract:The mode of clear water impounding and muddy flow releasing is an operation of water and sediment regulation that explored first successfully from the Sanmenxia Reservoir in the Yellow River. Over the past decades, with the additional construction and reconstruction of the Sanmenxia water control project, the prominent variation of water and sediment runoff condition, and the continuous deep research of the prototype experiment, On the basis of the original operation mode of clear water impounding and muddy flow releasing, a number of control indicators of Sanmenxia Reservoir were constantly adjusted and improved in the flood and non-flood seasons, which efficiently combined with the reservoir water storage, flood control, sediment releasing, and sediment reduction in the lower yellow river, the Tongguan elevation was reduced or stabilized, the potential of the Sanmenxia Reservoir was fully developed, and the comprehensive benefits were improved. In recent, it was still necessity to adjust the controlling indicator of the Sanmenxia Reservoir. In the future, when the Xiaolangdi Reservoir enters the late stage of sediment storage period, and the Guxian Reservoir is constructed and put into operation, the Sanmenxia Reservoir will continue to play an important role in the water-sediment regulation system of the Yellow River.
