摘 摘 要 本文是以三峡外迁移民为研究对象，运用“嵌入性”理论来分析三峡外迁移 民的社区整合。具体地说，三峡外迁移民在安置地是如何拓展移民之问的社会关 系，以及如何建构与安置地居民之间的社会关系；同时，这些社会关系对三蛱外 迁移民的社区整合产生了怎样的影响。 本文属于定性研究或质的研究。在具体的研究中，采用访谈法，通过对三峡 外迁移民在安置地两个时间点的调查，熏点考察了三峡外迁移民在安置地的社区 互动(社区关系)、组织体系(移民群体)、社区意识(社区情感上和心理上的认 同感与归属感)。 通过对两次调查的比较，发现：在进入安置地的初期，三蛱外迁移民拓展移 民之间新社区关系网络，同时，他们利用政府政策的安排，试图建构与当地居民 的新社区关系，但失败的后果使三峡外迁移民只能将个人行动“嵌入”于移民群 体的社会关系网络之中；此时，移民群体成为移民的“保护伞”；三峡外迁移民 建立了以移民群体意识为核心的社区意识。在进入安簧地的后期，三峡外迁移民 与安置地居民之间的社区交往逐渐增多，三峡外迁移民在安置地的行动“嵌入” 在安置地居民之间的社区关系网络之中，同时，三峡外迁移民的个人行动“嵌入” 在移民之间社区关系网络，三峡外迁移民在安簧地的行动受到双重“同等”社会 关系的影响与制约；此时，移民群体的功能由初期的“保护伞”转变为“娱乐圈” 功能；三峡外迁移民对移民群体的意识逐步淡薄，三峡外迁移民的“安簧地社区 意识”已经产生。 关键词： 三峡外迁移民 社区整合 嵌入性 AbstractThe Abstract The research objects ofthe article are resettlements for China’Three Gorges Dam． The article applies‘‘embeddedness”on the theory to analyse the community integration of the resettlements for Chins’Three Gorges Dam．To speak specially,How did the resettlements for China’Three Gorges Dam found the good relation with others resettlements and the residents?And what effect did the good relation bring to the the community integration? This article is qualitative research．In the research，the author of the article visited the habitation of the resettlements for China’Three Gorges Dam at different time points to about the affiliation in the community(the relation in the community)、the system the organizations(the groups of the resettlements)、the consciousness of．the community(the self—identity and the ascription the community in the sensibility and the psychology)． Such arguments below are main conclusions of this article．When the resettlements for China’Three Gorges Dam resettled to the new region in the early days，they developed the good relation with others resettlements．and they tried to found the good relation with the residents through out the policy of the government， hut they failed．So they had to embed their actions to the network in the groups of the resettlements．In this day．the groups of the re8ettlements became t
