双离合变速器DSG技术研究
摘要
双离合器自动变速器(DSG-Direct Shift Gearbox又称DCT-Dual Clutch Transmissions)是汽车自动变速器领域的一种新型自动变速器。DSG结合了手动变速器(MT-Manual Transmission)和传统液力机械自动变速器(AT-Automatic Transmission)的优点,而且能够实现不切断动力的情况下转换传动比,减少了换挡时间,提高了换挡品质。DSG车辆具备与AT车辆一样的驾驶方便性和舒适性,同时拥有比AT车辆好得多的燃油经济性。另外,由于DSG与MT拥有相似的结构和零部件,具有MT变速器生产条件的继承性,从而使DSG的制造成本降低。因此,近年来DSG已经成为了汽车业界研究开发的新热点。
本论文以自动变速器为研究对象,主要研究内容包括:
通过对双离合器自动变速器的结构原理和双离合器动力传递机理的分析,确定本论文的研究对象—湿式双离合器自动变速传动系统的结构形式;
通过对双离合器式自动变速器液压系统控制原理的分析,利用液压仿真软件AMESim对其液压控制系统中主要压力控制滑阀进行了建模仿真;
详细分析了DSG换挡的过渡过程,应用Matlab-Simulink建立双离合器动力传动系统动态模型,给出了仿真结果。

ABSTRACT
Dual-clutch automatic transmission (DSG- Direct Shift Gearbox or DCT-Dual Clutch Transmissions) is a new type automatic transmission in automotive transmission field. DSG not only combines the advantages of manual transmission (MT) and conventional automatic transmission (AT), but also converses transmission ratio without power interruption, thus reduces the shift time and increases the shift quality. In comparison with AT, vehicles with DSG have the same performance in convenience and driving comfort, but more excellent in fuel economy. In addition, DSG is less costly to manufacture since it shares similar structure and components with MT.
In this paper, the research object was focused on the synchronizer of a Dual-clutch automatic transmission. The main research work is as follows:
(1) Through analyzing configuration principle and power transmission mechanism, decide the papers research object, wet DCT is fixed.
(2) The hydraulic circuit of dual clutch transmission hydraulic system is introduced;also the working principle of the hydraulic system is deduced. AME Sim is used to model and simulate the hydraulic system.
(3) Though analyze the reason of shift shock and factors that influence the shift quality .Based on comprehending the mechanism of DSG in depth, a dynamic model of the powertrain with DSG has been established with Matlab-Simulink in
