西南科技大学硕士研究生论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生论文 第1页 摘 要 1994年以来，我国对于三网融合的探索及应用已取得突破性进展，应用 领域也日益广阔，作为三网融合运营主体的广电运营主体、电信运营主体、 网络运营主体是推进三网融合产业快速发展的主力军，三网融合相关业务发 展程度的好坏直接影响着三网融合发展的进程。我国拥有坚实的三网融合发 展基础和资源，这为三网融合业务的发展和推广应用提供了基础和保证，当 前形势下，探索三网融合的运营主体的利益分配机制是推进三网融合产业快 速发展的关键。 因此，本文以三网融合主要运营主体为研究对象，运用产业融合理论、 利益分配理论、博弈论、机制设计理论等相关理论及方法，充分借鉴国内外 三网融合发展经验，系统分析了三网融合运营主体利益分配的内容、利益分 配的特点、利益分配的影响因素、利益分配的方式选择和利益分配的原则等， 尝试设计了一套相对完善的三网融合运营主体利益分配机制，并利用shapely 值法构建了三网融合运营主体的利益分配模型，同时引入四大影响因素对利 益分配模型进行修订和完善，进而通过算例分析对模型进行了验证，最后针 对性地提出三网融合运营主体利益分配的对策建议。 关键词：三网融合运营主体利益分配机制 西南科技大学硕士研究生论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生论文 第||页 Abst ract Since 1 994，our country’S research and application of three-networks integration has made a significant breakthrough，of which the application is widely used．Broadcasting and TV operators，telecom operators，network operators，as the main bodies of three-network integration，will play a crucial role in promoting the development of three-network integration．The business development’S results of three·network integration will have direct impact on the progress of nation’S three-network development．Our country has a solid development base and resource of three—network integration．Futhermore，the development of three-networks integration business and widely application provide the foundation and guarantee．Under the current situation，explore the system of profit distribution among the operators of three-networks integration is the key point to promote the rapid development of the industry of three—networks integration． Therefore，this article mainly takes main operators of three-networks integration as the research obj ect，using the theory of industry integration，the theory of profit distribution，game theory,the theory and method of mechanism design，as well as making full use of domestic and foreign development experience on three-networks integration．Systematically analyzing the content， the features，the factors influencing，the selection of profit distribution，as well as the principle of profit distribution of
