AbstractPowders,especially Abstract Powders,especially ultra-fine powders,which have many advantages,such∞fine particle size, large specific surface，high surface reactivity,are widely used．On the other hand，due to agglomeration and difference ofthe surface property,which are difficult to realize equality dispersion， powder a”given influence 011 their applied performances．Therefore improving the dispersion properties ofpowders and the surface modification ofparticles am very important． At present,equipments of powders surface modification used in OUr COUBtry)which have many disadvantages，such as bad dispersion properties，bad modification effect,instability of product quality and small production scale，arc not fulfilled applied demand ofthe powder industries．Aiming at this actuality,a new equipment with啊·rotor continuum surface modification has been developed in this research．It’S resolve dispersion intensity and operation time．By testing sample ofPracipitated Calcium Carbonate and testing sample with particle size and distribution,specific surfh∞area, particle configuration．coa妊d percentage,accumulateddensity and absorb oil quantity,which indicated that the dispersion and surface mOdification effect of确-rotor continuum surface modification equipment arc fulfilled the demand of powders applied industry completely,also the system working continuously,realizing produce scale．The performance ofthe test equipment is much better than others dry machinery in our count]y,and as well as Ove羁蝼dry machinery and wet machinery,also it has the advantage ofthe produce cost low． The SUCCESSful development ofthe tri．rotor COntinauru surface modification equipment,not only improve the technology of surfh∞modification in OUr country,but also the higher produce capacity and more steady quality,which are important of practice significance to advance proceSS technology with powder industry in OUr counlay． Keywords：tri-rotor,modification，dispersion,powder． II 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的
