矿 矿 79毒32t 三维牵引整复按摩机的产品研发与自动控制 摘要 本文通过对传统腰椎问盘突出症治疗机分析研究的基础上，讨论了腰椎 问盘发病病因及机理，引入了三维整复的理念，提出了适应椎问盘突出形式 多样性的机械结构，制定了合理的整机方案；设计了一种可在自动和手动驱 动下，按摩头角度前后、左右可调，预压力自动显示，抖动力稳定持久的三 维整复按摩机；采用Pro／E软件进行了整机的三维实体设计，防止了运动件 可能出现的十涉现象，并对按摩机的动作进行r动画设计；进行了丝杠螺母 机构、蜗轮蜗杆机构、凸轮机构的设计计算，确定了合理的结构参数；试制 成功了三维整复按摩机样机，完成了设计任务的要求，实现J，按摩机的各项 功能。 采用VC6．0语言，开发_r系统应用软件，设计出具有良好人机交瓦界面 的微机控制系统，4i仪完成了对电机的启动、停止、正反转的控制，还可对 机构的位置进行精确的控制，实现r过程控制的自动化。 本按摩机的研制成功，填补了椎问盘治疗中采用人工按摩的缺陷，降低 r医生的体力劳动，保持了稳定、持久的按摩力，提高了治疗效果及临床治 愈率，具有良好的应崩前景和社会经济效益。 关键词：按摩机，三维整复，腰椎问盘，微机控制，动态模拟 Product Product Research and Automob i I e Contro l of Three’’D i mens i on Tract i on and Reduct i on Massage App I i ance ABSTRACT On the basis of research on the protrusion of intervertebral disk， in this article，we discuss the multiplicity of this disease，import the concept of three—dimensional forced reposition and design a reasonable whole project to adjust to it．The three—dimensional reduction appliance we designing can be operated automatically or by hand and its massaging head can turn for—and—aft and right—and—left． The massage pressure it provides is durable and can be showed automatically．We also make a three—dimensional solid design of the whole appliance by Pro／E software to prevent interferes of the moving bedies．After that，we set down the frame parameter by designing and calculating the machines of screwing nut，worm wheel and caJ}1．Last， we trial——manufacture the three——dimensional reduction appl iance and actualize its functions With the language VC6．0++，we develope the using software．The software has good human—computer interface．It can not only control the starting and ending of the motor but also locate the machineries Ⅱ After After that we realize the automation of the controlling procedure The Success of this appliance fills up the limitation of hand massage in the cure of intervertebral disk．The machine can provide durable massage force，reduces doctor’S workload and improves the therapy effects．In all，it has good applled
