As the changes in education assessment ideas and the demands on the teaching assessment fur putting the new curriculum,the traditional assessment modes haven’t adapted
to the new assessment practice,implementing the new modes has been a common and strong
desire.How to put the ideas of new teaching assessment into teaching practice by information technology has become an important problem ofthe people working on education technology. The author introduced the rubric which is a widely applied tool in teaching assessment abroad,based on this,the author studied how to apply the rubric in teaching assessment.At first,the dissertation neatened the meanings,types and characters of rubric systematacially; found out the deficiencies in the researchs at home and abroad by literature,and analysed the current problems in using the rubric by questionnaire and interview;based on the analysis on
the platforms’functions abroad and the demands of users,the author designed and developed
a web—based rubric which can create rubric and assess students online;primarily designed a teaching assessment process based on rubric by the education assessment theories,and by action research,sampled the BiGgniYuan middle school students in Grade 2 as the research objects,used the rubric in information technology teaching;during the study,the author observed the teaching activities,students‘learning behaviors and teaching blogs;finally,the author analyzed the dates from questionnaire and teacher’s interview and observing of the researcher’testified each other in order to validate the effect of applying rubric.
By study,the author found out that the platform reduced some holdbacks in designing and using the rubric,raised the efficiency of assessment,and embodied the main—body of students;the author also found out that the teachers took a favorable attitude to rubric and its
effects,they thought the rubric has a higll accuracy and can solve some assessment problems these days;the au
