ABSTRACTTeacher ABSTRACT Teacher professionalization is not only the trend and the tendency of the world teacher educational development, but also the inevitable and the aim of the teacher educa七ion reform. Under the special circumstances, reforming the teacher culture model, raising the culture level, 1 inking teacher culture and teacher training and iInproving the teacher qualities become an i珊portant topic of teacher education reform in China. 工n recent years, teacher professionalization and teacher education reform have become the main concern and the hot toDic in the society. For a 10ng time, China’ s teacher education model has been closed system of nonnal education,01d three—staged normal education in teacher training level, and the traditional normal education.With the educational development,especially the deepen imDetus of new curriculum reform, the oriented teacher education model shows its disadvantage and deficiency increasingly. According to the national conditions, it is necessary to transform the teacher education models, but the open system of teacher education in the developed country i s not suitable to China completely. The study follows the changes of the times, 100ks back on the course of teacher educational development, inquires into the problems of current educat ion model, tries to explore newⅢodel and proposes some constructiVe suggestions about reconstructing a new model. Wish the study to be helpful to teacher education reform and teacher professional development. In details,the paper consists of mainly five parts,including the introduction, the historical development of China’ s teacher education model, the new model oriented to teacher II professionalization,the professionalization,the measures to construct a newⅢodel and the conclusion.
