燕山大学管理学硕士学位论文Abstract 燕山大学管理学硕士学位论文 Abstract With the development of economy,rhythm of people’S life becomes faster than before．Tourists stay in scenic spot of short，that is why more convenient traffic means appeared．The scenic spot pay more attention to construction of communication means and tourism instrumems，and constructs ropeway in the scenic spot．So，the influence research of the transportation ropeway becomes the key problem studied in the management ofscenic spot· At present．the research home and abroad foCUS 011 technology,impact on tourism resource and security problem．However,the research on satisfaction of ropeway in spot lies ill junior period．The paper proceeds from tourists，taking Shanhaiguan National Forest Park transportation ropeway as∞example．and carries on research to the tourism influence that it brings． Firstly,based on concept oftourism ropeway home and abroad，the paper defines the ropeway in tourism product．The transportation ropeway is scenery road in the scenic spot,and it is the‘‘excitement spot’and“consume spot”in the mountains type scenic spot．Then,proceeding from tourists，with the investigation of transportation ropeway in Shanhaiguan National Forest Park,it adopts questionnaire investigation and deep imelView．and compares the running state before and after of the transportation ropeway，and carries research on the influence to tourism of the transportation ropeway．Combining the embodiment，it analyzes the data materials getting from investigation and research．it can be learned through frequency analysis：though most tourists are willing to use transportation ropeway,they are uncertain about whether he is really love or hate it；tourists know about some dominant influence the ropeway brings，while can not feel the hidden influence．By building transportation ropeway customer satisfaction evaluation system,and set a fuzzy synthesis analysis，we can identify the need to improve the various components to varying degrees．It showed that，transpor
