摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 在当今知识经济社会中，知识正扮演着越来越重要的作用。因此，对知识共 享的研究就显得非常重要。而师徒模式下的知识共享是知识共享研究中不可或缺 的部分。针对师徒模式下的知识共享问题，本文在简要介绍知识共享相关理论的 基础上，首先给出了师徒模式下知识共享的障碍因素，对这些障碍因素进行了分 析，给出了优化和解决方案；其次，从激励约束的角度分析了如何扩大师徒之间 隐性知识的共享量，提出了师徒之间隐性知识共享的经济障碍，从交易成本出发 对这些障碍进行了分析，讨论了如何提高师徒模式下隐性知识共享的“量”的问 题；再次，分析了师徒之间知识共享的效用问题，研究了师徒模式下知识共享与 企业绩效的关系；最后，通过本人在LXG集团公司实习期间调查了解的实际案例， 将文中所提出的理论与企业的实践相结合，对实例进行了分析，从实证方面对师 徒模式下知识共享进行了研究。 关键词：知识共享，师徒模式，效用 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Knowledge is becoming more and more significant in the knowledge economic society．As a result,the research ofknowledge sharing is relatively important．Being a part of knowledge sharing,the knowledge sharing in master-prentice pattern is very essential，Focusing on this researeh文lbject，this dissertation studies the knowledge sharing in master-prentice pattern．First of all。Oll the basis of a b酊cf summary about some basic theories on knowledge sharing,we present some obstacle factors on knowledge sharing in master-prentice pattern,analyze these obstacle factors and pose some solutions to eliminate or alleviate these obstacles．Secondly,we propose some methods to increase the quantity of shared tacit knowledge in master-prentice pattern from the perspective of incentive compatible mechanism．Then,we analyze the obstacles in terms of transaction cost．ARer that we explore the ways to improve tacit knowledge sharing and derive some solutions to eliminate or alleviate these obstacles from the perspectives of master,prentice and master-prentice．Moreover,we make all analysis of the utility problem for knowledge sharing in master-prentice pattern and explore the relationship between knowledge sharing and performance．Finally,using the experience of my intemsbip inⅨG we relate our theories to the practices， analyzing some examples inⅨG making an empirical research of knowledge 曲|aring in master-prentice pattern． Keywords：Knowledge Sharing，Master-prentice pattern,utility 独创性(或创新性)声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研 独创性(或创新性)声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作
