Auto industry has a great impact on its upstream suppliers and downstream industries. So it plays an important role in the national economic. Its undoubtedly that China auto industry will grow up in the next five years. However, energy, environment, traffic and administrative mode are restricting China auto industrys sustainable development. Petroleum supply cant keep in step with demand growth. More and more cars will magnify the gap between supply and demand. In orda: to solve the problem，we should take actions to decrease vehicles oil consumption and find out substitutable resource. In China, vehicles tail gas causes serious pollution. We can learn from America and European countries to take strict discharge standard. Some otiier paeastires can also be used to solve environment pollution such as keeping maintenance on vehicles, improving oil quality, accelerating old vehicles renovation. Vehicles bring traffic problem such as traffic jam and accidents. Cities infrastructure facilities should be improved and strengthened to accommodate the rapid growth of vehicles. China auto industiy administrative mode differs from international practice and holds back the industry development. The government should learn successful experiences from developed countries and carry out reformation about the administrative mode. By this way, our auto manufacturers can have a great progress under the new administration mode. We should clear away the obstacles caused by energy, environment, traffic and administrative mode to meet the need of auto industry sustainable development.
