AbstractThe Abstract The advent of economic globalization has led transnational corporations to play a dominant role in the world economic development．Chinas enterprises，in order to go with the pace ofthe world economy,are obliged to implement transnational management． Wjth China’s entry into the 21“century,transnational management in Chinas enterprises not only has met the demands of themselves，but also served as one of the development strategies by China’s government．However,China’s transnational management, at its initiaI stage,lags far behind those of developed countries，and so．stilI faces an arduous task·In consideration of the above，China，while not copying indiscriminately the experience of others，but understanding and using the experience of the developed countries for reference， makes scientific researches on the growing rules and historical changes of transnational companies，and the favorable growing patterns with Chinese charaeteristics，which is also one of the urgent and important researches that the government,theoretical and business circles as a whole must make．will take shape． My thesis consists of five parts．The first part is the fundamental theories of transnational corporations．including the introduction of connation of transnational corporations and transnational management,features and basic theories of transnational corporations．The second part is the change of transnational corporations developing patterns．dealing with the growing process and change of transnationai corporations，and the theoretical fandamentals for the choice of management patterns by the introductions of transnational corporations’ market-entry patterns,organizational structure change and growing patterns．In the third part,a profound enlightenment to China’s transnational management is gained from the prospective of the foreign countries’transnational corporations．The forth part analyses the subjective and objective base of transnational management in China’s enterprises frnm
