ATS组与AS组间，IL．1p、IL一8、SAA表达差别无统计学意义(p ATS组与AS组间，IL．1p、IL一8、SAA表达差别无统计学意义(p O．05)。(2)支架成形术前后IL．1D、IL．8、SAA水平单因素方差分 析显示F值分别为21．03，20．92，20．12，提示差异有统计学意义 (p=O．0001)，术后ldlL一113、IL一8、SAA的表达达到峰值，与术前、 术后1h、术后3d、术后5d及复查时之间差别均有统计学意义 (p=O．0001)。 (3)IL-113与SAA表达在术后1h、1d、复查时呈明 显相关性(pO．05)；SAA与IL．8表达在术后ld、复查时有明显的 相关性(pO．05)；IL．1 13与Ⅲ-8表达则在术前、术后1d、3d及复查 时显示出了明显的相关性(pO．05)。 (4)再狭窄组与未再狭窄组间 术前、术后1d各指标水平比较差异均无统计学意义(pO．05)，但 术后复查时两组患者血清IL．8、SAA表达差异有统计学意义(p O．05)。结论：血清IL．1p、IL．8、SAA共同参与到支架术后的炎性 反应过程，且在术后的多个时间段均显示相互作用和相互影响；术前 IL．1B、IL．8、SAA的表达可间接反映是否存在动脉粥样病变，但无 法有效地预测术后靶血管是否发生再狭窄及狭窄程度；术后SAA的 低水平持续表达可能与慢性炎症及支架术后再狭窄的发生有密切联 系，并与IL-8、SAA共同在支架术后动脉内膜增生再狭窄的形成过 程中发挥一定作用。 关键词 白细胞介素一1；白细胞介素--8；血清淀粉样蛋白A；再狭 窄 The The relationship between the levels of serum IL—lp、IL一8、SAA and the restenosis of stent-assisted angioplasty of intracranial and extracranial arteries Objective：To observe the levels of serum interleukin-1 13(IL-1 13)，inter leukin．8(IL．81 and serum amyloid A(SAA)，and the relationship bet ween the levels of them and the restenosis of stent—assisted angiopl asty of intracranial and extracranial arteries．Methods：we detect the value of the IL．1 13．IL．8 and SAA by ELISA teste，in 30 cases of at herosclerosis(ATS)。3 1 cases of artery stenosis(AS)patients and 3 0 healthy control patients．Thirty-one patients with intracranial and ext racranial artery stenosis，admitted to our hospital from April 2008 t o March 2009，were treated with stent-assistant angioplasty and folio wed up for 6．1 2 months．The relationship was analyzed between the restenosis or non．restenosis in stenosis group and both the levels of serum IL．113．IL．8 and SAA berore and lh，1，3，5d after stent。assist edangioplasty．Results：We implanted 40 stents in the 3 1 patients me ntioned above．Restenosis of arteries was observed in 6／3 1(1 9．3％)P atients 6 months after the operation，the severity of restenosis was a bove 50％in 3 of them and 1 0．30％in remaining ones．Meanwhile， Detection results：(1)we found there were significant difference
