[摘 要] 目的 探讨一种提高医院检验设备的质量效益和经济效益的新方法。方法 采用问卷调查的方式,基于统计学分析,
得出影响检验设备的人员使用及管理方面的问题。结果 检验医师数量相对较少、设备使用人员经验不足、忽视设备保养维
护是影响医院检验设备效益的三大主要原因,其在调查问卷统计中所占比例分别为28.95% 、50.00%和21.05% ,其影响力水
P
平 值均<0.05 ,差异有统计学意义。结论 设备使用人员招聘保证一定数量的临床医学检验专业学生、完善在职培训增加
工作经验、加强设备使用人员质量管理这3大途径可以有效提高医院检验设备效益(从56.07%提高到89.12% )。

Abstract: Objective To discuss a new method on enhancing the inspection instrument s quality benefit and economic benefit. Methods
Based on statistical analysis, this paper conducted a survey on the problems between inspection instrument and the usage and
management of personnel in laboratory department. Results Accounting for 28.95%, 50.00% and 21.05% in the survey, relatively
less laboratory physicians, lacking enough work experience and ignoring the instrument maintain could be considered as three main
influential factors of hospital inspection equipment efficiency. Their P-values were below 0.05, which meant that the difference
was statistically significant. Conclusion Ensuring a certain number of students who are clinical laboratory medicine subject when
recruiting operators, perfect in-service employee training to enrich their work experience, and strengthening management of
