东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 摘要 论社会主义市场经济下的 高等教育产业化 摘 要 社会主义市场经济下的知识经济时代赋予高等教育以新的内涵和地 位，高等教育作为知识创造与传递的主要载体成为知识经济的基础产业。 高等教育产业化，对于促进高等教育的改革和发展、国家经济与社会的 发展、乃至整个中华民族的科学文化素质的提高都有着深远的影响和意 义。 本文首先从理论出发，阐述了高等教育具有产业性的理论基础、高 等教育的产业特点以及这一命题提出的客观背景： 其次，以事实为依据，描述了我国高等教育的现状及弊端，并提出 高等教育产业化的必要性和可能性； 再次，从政府和高校两大方面着手。详细论述推进我国高等教育产 业化的政筻建议，主要包括：改革宏观管理体制、改革投资体制、支持 民办教育、经营高校、改革高校内部管理体制、建立高校的虚拟重组等； 最后，针对一些反对“高等教育产业化”的观点，重点指出在推进 我国高等教育产业化中应注意的问题：如教育公平与效率的关系、教育 公益性与营利性的矛盾、教育质量。 关键词：高等教育 产业化经营高校 教育公平 教育质量 一n． 东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Industrialization of Higher Education under Socialistic Market Economy Abstract Under socialistic market economy，knowledge economy era has bestowed a Hew connotation and status on higher education．As the main media of knowledge creation and transmittal，higher education has become basic industry of knowledge economy．Industrialization of higher education has a deep influence in promoting higher education reform，development of economy and social，improvement of science culture quality of all Chinese Nation． Firstly，the article explains the theory basis of industrialization of higher education，industrial characteristic of higher education and obj ective background of this topic； Secondly，according to the facts，the article describes the present situation of China higher education and puts forward the necessity and possibility of industrialization of higher education； Thirdly，the article discusses some countermeasures in carrying out China industrialization of higher education。 including reforming macroscopic management system，reforming investment system，supporting community college，running college，reforming management system inter-college，building Virtual College，etc．； At last，directed against those opposite ideas，the article advances some issues in carrying out China industrialization of higher education，such as education equality and efficiency，education welfare and profitability， education quality． Key word：higher education，industrialization，running college，educ
