中文摘要近几年，随着越来越多的跨国零售企业进入中国市场，我国的零售企业感 中文摘要 近几年，随着越来越多的跨国零售企业进入中国市场，我国的零售企业感 受到了越来越大的冲击。目前，对零售企业的研究大都集中在外国零售企业对 我国零售企业的影响及其利弊分析方面以及面对跨国零售企业带来的冲击我国 零售企业应采取的对策的研究上。因此，本文的研究内容就具有一定的理论和 实践意义。 本文综合运用国际投资学、跨国经营理论、区域经济学等相关科学，采用 理论研究与实证研究相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合、比较分析与系统分 析相结合的研究方法，探讨了跨国零售企业在华中地区的投资及竞争战略选择。 在理论研究部分，结合对外直接投资理论，本文着重分析了跨国零售企业投资 的一般动因与进入华中地区的具体动机以及他们的竞争战略。在实证研究部分， 本文则选取了跨国三大零售巨头在武汉市的投资及竞争战略进行了分析。通过 对已经进入华中地区的跨国零售企业在华中地区经营状况的调查、分析和比较， 本文研究了他们在华中地区所采用的竞争战略，并总结出了其中带有规律性的 经验。 最后，在结论部分，本文一方面从跨国公司的角度对零售企业跨国投资与 竞争战略理论进行了总结；另一方面从本土零售企业和政府的角度得出了对本 土零售企业的启示和对政府的建议，以期对中国零售业的发展提供有价值的参 考。 关键词：跨国零售企业，华中地区，投资，竞争战略 AbstractIn Abstract In recent years，more and more transnational retail corporations have entered into China，which has been a great challenge tO domestic retail corporations．At present，most of the study has focused on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of foreign retail corporations tO domestic retail corporations and on studying the countemaeasures of domestic retail corporations shoutd adopt to face up to such kind of impact．Therefore，the study of this paper makes sense in theoretic and empiric leve[． In this paper，we aim to．study the investment and competitive strategy of transnational retail corporations in Central China．Detailed information has been acquired by using the theories of foreign dkect investment，transnational business and regional economy．And the method used in our study is known as combining theory analysis with positive analysis，quality analysis with quantity analysis and comparative analysis with systematic analysis．The procedure can be briefly described as follows．In theory study,on the basis of FDI theory,special mention is given here tO the common motivation in the investment of transnational retail corporations and the concrete motivation in entering into Central China．In positive study,we have analyzed the investment and competitive strategy of three selected transnational retail corporations in Wuhan．By analyzing the management of the t
