摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract As a retail trade revolution chain rtmnlng have been obtained successfully nl the developed country,In contrast，the start of chain running in our country is lagging， but the developmental speed is rapid．Since 1990’s，chain running has shown strong vitality and developmental potentiality in our country．With the development of chain running，its role is outstanding increasingly in national economy． Distribution is the crucial guarantee and foundation of chain running and the key factor for chain enterprises to realize scale benefits．At present，chain running is still in entry-level stagy in China，so it has many problems．Especially,distribution system falls behind comparatively,and it has been a‘‘neck of bottle’’for the development of chain enterprises．Obviously,it is high time for chain enterprises to select the suitable distribution mode in order to improve the efficiency of distribution and solve the problem ofdistribution． By studying the theory of chain running and the characteristic of distribution in Chinese chain enterprises，the paper discusses three distribution modes and illuminates the major problems of distribution．According to the current situations and characteristics of the chain enterprises，aiming at the problems that distribution of chain enterprises is facing and combining third party logistics’advantages，this paper makes a qualitative analysis on the reasons for selecting third party logistics distribution for chain enterprises．Establishing all index—appraising system about the selection of distribution modes based on Analytic Hierarchy Process，the paper comments quantitatively on three kinds of distribution modes．The paper points out that it is rational for chain enterprises to choose 3PL by way of analysis and designs the procedure for the collaboration between chain enterprises and 3PL．The paper constructs the information platform of distilbution based on chain enterprises and 3PL．which makes logistics coordinate、Ⅳitll informat
