广东解决大学生就业问题的对策探析 摘要：当前，国际金融危机的影响远未消除，经济存在二次探底，我国就业形势十分严峻，全国各省市政府都把高校毕业生的就业问题放在首位。我国自1999年大学开始扩招以来，为社会培养了大量的高素质人才，但伴随着大学毕业生的逐年增多，大学生的就业问题也日趋突出。2011年广东省内普通高校参加就业的本专科毕业生超过60万人，面对庞大的大学生的就业大军,广东大学生毕业后能否顺利进入社会、找到自己合适的位置受到了社会各界的关注，成为了社会的焦点问题。面对严峻的就业形势，广东和全国一样，相继出台了相关就业政策，加大毕业生的就业率。本文综合现有各方观点，分析了广东省当前大学毕业生在就业过程中存在的问题，这和中国的经济体制结构和教育改革落后，也和当前大学生的就业观念滞后也相当大的关系，针对这一问题进行了研究，探讨进一步完善广东大学毕业生就业问题的主要对策。 关键词：大学生 ； 就业 ；计划；市场 Abstract: at present, the international financial crisis is far from over, existence of economy of the bottom two, Chinas employment situation is very grim, the various provinces and cities nationwide government put the employment problem of college graduates in the first place.
