理工科研究生综合素质测评指标体系研究Study 理工科研究生综合素质测评指标体系研究 Study on the Evaluation System of Science and Technology Master Postgraduate’S Integrated Quality Abstract At present，one situation on the integrated quality of the graduate students is that we a11 feel a decline on the overall integrated quality and academic level of the present graduate students and need some adjustments and reforms to overcome the problem On the other hand，it seems difficult to find the sticking point and where the real problem is，let alone to solve it． So，the investigation on the integrated quality with the rapid expanding of the scale of the graduate student education，the problem on the research of the integrated quality of the graduate students emerges． Thus it can be seen that the research on the integrated quality of the graduates is a very important practical work．Due to the extreme complexity of the measurement for the integrated quality，ability and capacity etc．，it makes it is a difficult theoretical and practical problem． This thesis devotes to analyzing the characteristics of the graduates of science and technology，trying to propose the guidelines for constructing the index system for measurement of the integrated qual ity， employing the primary element analyzing method and some related research work to establish the main indices of the index measurement system，and moreover，analyzing the main testing points and their significance of each index．Finally，by fixing the indices of various levels required by the AHP method，we construct an index system for measurement of the integrated quality of the graduates students for science and technology，which includes three different levels：4 first indices．10 second indices and 30 third ones． ．Ⅱ． 理工科研究生综合素质测评指标体系研究Al 理工科研究生综合素质测评指标体系研究 Al though we have made some progress on the work，but some of the researches are only primary，particularly the applicability of the work may need to be furthermore te
